The Villa is located in the Los Dolses complex of Villamartin, Orihuela Costa.  It is situated in a small cul-de-sac overlooking lemon groves. 

The villa has two bedrooms with one en-suite and one family bathroom.  The master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite shower, toilet, wash basin and mirror.  The second bedroom has twin beds (with an additional fold away bed if needed) and is located next to the family bathroom with Bath, shower, bidet, toilet and wash basin.  Both bedrooms and bathrooms are finished to the highest standards.

The lounge has two soft, comfortable sofas and is equipped with a TV, satellite (full SKY package) and DVD.  Our custom made glass table seats four comfortably and if you wish to eat outside on the terrace, there is another table and set of chairs for you to enjoy the view while you eat and relax.

When it comes to the kitchen it is doubtful whether there is another villa on the complex as well appointed.  With Bosch appliances throughout including hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer we have tried to provide accommodation which is a home from home.

On the second floor of the villa is the sun terrace.  With unspoiled views of the orchards, the terrace has sun beds and offers total seclusion.  There is a built-in bar-b-que for you to enjoy cooking while watching the sun going down over the hills.

Finally, there is the pool.  Situated within its own garden, the sparkling pool is within 20 metres of the villa.  Absolutely ideal to spend the day beside it or just for a quick dip.

The villa is clean and modern.  The exterior and gardens are immaculate and well maintained.  We have tried our best to provide the perfect base for a summer holiday or just a quick break.  Many have enjoyed the villa and we are sure you will too.
